Feel like the staff is lacking and uncaring. The Doctors do not keep up on their patients and ignore any requests by them and / or their families. Helping the patients??? Well that is out of the question! Please make sure you understand your insurance If you do not keep up with the days you have within your plan. You may, receive a bill in the mail for $750.00 a day for room, then billed for 3...

WHAT A HORRIBLE WAY TO DIE!!!
The place was dark & dreary, somewhat dirty, and the nurses/aids were so busy socializing they didn't have time to call and advise us that it was time for us to quickly respond and say goodbye. So he died alone. What's worse, that was the SECOND time he died at that lousy place! We had a ""Do Not Resuscitate"" order on our loved one which we provided a copy of to the hospital; as they were giving him dialysis, he crashed and later the supervisor proudly told us, ""But I brought him back!""
