This dark, clubby steakhouse—dominated by an enormous horseshoe-shaped bar—is the favorite lunch spot for politicos and local businessmen. Enormous portions of skillfully-cooked seafood and ribeye steaks feed those with an appetite for power. Keep an eye out for Mayor Oscar Goodman—he’s the one with the martini in his hand.

My husband and I like to stay in Downtown Vegas when we visit so I did a search for a nicer classy restraunt on the web and ran across Triple George's overview and website. If you are from out of town you should try this locals favorite. I learned of it from a pit boss at the casino I was staying and boy was the food worth the trip.
