I was very pleased with their approach to the job and their performance on the job. This is a large flat roof (67 squares) that had numerous leaks. After extensive cleaning, they sealed each seam, applied barrier protection for ponding areas and covered all with either elastomeric or stretch paint as appropriate.They also did a couple of minor repairs to help with flow of water off the roof.
