Tri-Met lift service is one of the worst services that I have ever had the chance to witness. I say this because my wife, who is blind, has to use this service at least 2 to 3 times a week. I work as a professional, and some of my clients also use this service, and I had a hard time believing some of the horror stories until my wife need transportation. Trimet is consistently slow, off schedule, unfriendly toward passengers, and doesn't even go everywhere in the city.
Half of the bus lines stop running at 7pm. My wife can't even get home from work using Trimet without going MILES out of her way and taking multiple buses, even though we live right on the bus line that could take her directly.
Transit tracker is an expensive joke on those who try to use it. it NEVER shows the correct arrival times.
