The guy processed my films. I got the films back totally scratched and unusable. It was my vacation pictures. I am so mad.
He agreed that it is his machines that scratch, did not give the money back.
NOT RECOMMENDED! There are better places. Risky!

I had a problem when I thought the owner of this business lost my film. It turns out that a customer accidentally took the film and returned it weeks later, so my faith was restored in this business. The owner replaced my film and developed two rolls for free, PLUS gave me another small discount when I returned with more film to develop.
