I had a one year lease with them and had nothing but a headache the entire time! They do not keep good records so it is easy for them to screw you out of money. Their maintenance requests were a joke because you had to call SEVERAL times (after you had put in several maint request forms) to the point of yelling (which I never do) in order for them to come and fix your A/C in the middle of July. They don't care about anything but getting you to sign that dotted line. After that, they're done with you. We went and looked at one of their properties, and the lady that showed it looked at my kids like they were lepers. She made it clear to me (quite rudely) that they did not want any outside toys or messiness. We applied and they called our landlord who told them that we had a one year non-binding lease. She denied us saying we would be breaking a lease. It was very obvious that they do not like multiple children in their properties, and will discriminate against families with several young ones.

We are a family of 5 & pretty satisfied with what we have been living in. We have been renting a duplex from Triliji Group that is located in Hewitt. When we moved in the carpet had been replaced (but I think they didn't replace the padding underneath cuz it feels hard in places like old padding that has been wet & dried). I'm not giving them ANY stars! I also lived at 1500 Lake Shore in a 1 bedroom. On March 2, 2010, the front gate had been wide open for 6 weeks. You can report a security light that is out, but don't hold your breath till it's fixed because it won't be. It is dark there because of the lack of lighting. They wanted me to pay a $400 deposit for a 22 lb. dog. That's SO ridiculous it's laughable....

I agree my lease is up and I'm getting out as fast as I can. If you have a service call, it's never answered. I live at the lake shore apts. Don't ever live there.
