Our property management company called TriValley Pump in response to tenants saying the pump was leaking. A WEEK LATER, we got a bill in the mail from TriValley for over $1700 to fix broken water line from pump to residence that said it must be paid in advance before any work was done! We went out to the property ourselves and fixed the broken IRRIGATION pipe!!!!
