Went today because another MA Toyota dealership where we purchased my Prius from wouldn't help me when I called them about a missing lock nut wrench. I called TriState and Jen, Service Manager told me to come right in. They repaired my tire and Ed in Parts ordered the specific wrench for my car. Everyone was so helpful. We will now do all of our future service here. This was not the first time...

I love dealing with the service department when I need any maintenance, etc. for my Corolla. I also had a great experience in sales last year!! They take great care of you. Highly recommended!!
