Tri county Medical Center-Paris, Tn

This place has to be the most awful place that I hhave been to in quite awhile. Dr. Toby Hampton is my husbands dr. we have been coming here for 4 years and have yet to see Dr. Hampton,The thing that really upset me-there was a question that maybe my husband was in the early stages of dementia, the NP did a few memort games with himn and told him that he definitely had dementia. At that point we went to Vanderbilt and after 6 months of testing, he was given a clean bill of health. since when can a NP make a diagnosis?
