i saw the apartment. Although its spacious, the bathroom and kitchen are not updated for $1,700/monthly it should be. the best feature was the huge balcony with great view.

I have been living here for 8 years . I love that the metro north is a few feet away and that there's a park with playground in back of building. Building is always kept clean . We also have laundry room in first floor which is great to have. Most of neighbors are friendly but as the years pass by with new tenants who have section 8 the building has become callotic. Loud music , noisy...
