I had been trying to do business with them for the past 6 months...
I understand that they are busy and a small company and their work is excellent...
they consistently promised a delivery day and consistently did not ship...all I asked for was to tell me when my orders would be sent out...I did not care about the time because I thought it was worth the very long wait of almost three to four weeks for a simple tool pouch...and then when I ordered a somewhat customized vest, the sh_t hit the fan..
no inter communication...spent hours trying to explain..sent drawings over the...

I do not think that the product is worth the aggravation because these people do not do what they say they will and will do not seem to care what the customer feels about it...to sum it up...they are doing you a favor to take your money and will deliver their product when they are done with it after catching up on all the others that they are behind with completing......and if you say something about it and want them to take the resposibility then they make you the bad guy and give you a lecture. They said to me that maybe I should go somewhere else for my leather needs...So this was the best thing that they could have said and the best idea....so people.....you make the decision....I have tried with them for almost a half year and this is the results...happy holidays!
