Great close to the concert

Room wasn't ready and not just me about 7-8 more customers. Every staff member on the lobby was going crazy.
The location was great to my purpose. But area is to noisy to much traffic I sleep 1-2 hours. I only hear car and horn blowing all night. Terrible breakfast was nothing. This management need to step up to the holiday inn NAME
