The lady with the supposed one star review is a very bad customer. Why? She got her TIME wrong for her pickup and WAS PAID FOR 15 DAYS OF AIRPORT PARKING BY TRANS CITY CAB IN THE FORM OF A CHECK! So why a bad review you wonder? Because we deducted the taxi fare she would have had to pay anyway! DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW EXPENSIVE AIRPORT PARKING IS? She and her friends (supposedly she has friends as mean as she is), made their flight and scammed for free parking on their whole vacation.

Tell me, what other taxi company would have been nice enough to PAY for ALL her parking for 15 DAYS? None...

Here are the facts. We scheduled a pick-up to the airport. We were told the fair would be $35-$40. They did not show up. We had to drive to the airport at the last minute (fortunately we did not miss our flight). A representative from Trans City Cab informed us we would be reimbursed for parking. When we returned from our trip - I was told to fax the receipt, and I tried 3x but their fax machine was not working. I was told to scan it and email it - but the email was rejected due to their inbox being 'over quota'. I mailed a copy and every week was told they would cut a check. After...
