Emily, the very first TJs is the store on Arroyo Pkwy. Like the South Pas location, it has a very small pkg lot too, but there is plenty of street parking. The trick to shopping is not to go there at peak hours, i.e., lunch or close to dinner. If you get there between 9-11am it's heaven. No mindless shoppers to bother you much. I really love TJs, but this one is not the best. It was the first Trader Joes built and you can tell. The products are great, but the parking lot is small and the isles are impossible to get around. Great store, but I'd go to the ones in Pasadena first.
I love trader joes bread, it's fantastic! Freshly baked, I perticualy like the Souer dough. But they even have the dark german bread that is more healthy than tasty.
