If I could give minus points I would. Dana Perez, supposed Manager:rude, discourteous, unprofessional. Sold a defective part and once they have your money, there's no use in talking to them. Don't believe ANY "5-star" ratings for this rip-off joint! Like someone else said - if I could give Trade Center II less than a one-star, I WOULD! I purchased a used AC compressor with a 30-day "guarantee." I had it installed within a week and when it was recharged it made a much worse noise than the defective part it was replacing. I called Trade Center and reported the part was defective....

I bought a used part with a 30-day "warranty." It was installed a few days later by a certified mechanic, but it was defective - completely non-operational. I called Trade Center and reported that the part they sold me was no good. I had to wait until my next payday to buy a good part and afford to have the defective one they sold me taken off when the new one was installed - I could not afford...

Today was our second time doing business with the Trade Center within the past couple of months. Ron is great, helpful and extremely personable. Great prices on parts that are very hard to find. We will definitely patronize this business again if we need more parts. Very happy with service and prices.
