I was reading all the reviews re:customer service none were good. Well I have to say the young man named Robert that answered the phone was very helpful and quick to fine what I was looking for... people relax it takes a few minutes to actually go to the department and look for your item. I am sure they are not just looking in a computer... great job Robert and Thank you for your help!

Called to determine the availability of a particular product. The girl that answered the phone spoke as she had a mouthful of mush. I could only understand a couple of words of her extended telephone greeting spiel. Asked my question and was then put on hold until I fell asleep. No one came back to the phone. Is this the best you can do for customer service?
