The store is very, very very small, and every weekend is full of people!!!! they have just 3 or 4 cashiers and finish the line takes almost an hour or more.Was better the last one in Brownsville Tx. but right now this store (in Bronswille) is closed!!!. What happen people!!! What are you thinking??? Now I prefer go to Wal-Mart ja ja!!

TOY "R" US has a veriety of toys for the whole family and especially for the young ones. Like every store it has its flaws, it has its busy day and its slow days. I've gone to the store when threre is hardly any nobody there and I had great service, but during the holidays its busy and your lucky if you get the toy that looking for. In the other hand toys r us is my number one store.

when calling store for information, the phone rang forever and when they answer they left me on hold for minutes. then I just got discontected. and began the process again.

One friendly advice never call to the store after the day of thanksgiving, to ask for a certain toy or bike etc....because they will leave you on the phone for long, it gets very busy in the store. Don't call between the day after thanksgiving thru Christmas Eve. Those are the busy days of the year, tell you for experience after that they sure have a great service. I love to shop at Toys R US.
