I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! It's absolutely huge, you never have a problem with parking, they have EVERYTHING you could possibly want toy-wise, it's super organized... I could spend hours in there. (In fact, I have!) This is *THE* place to go if you're looking for a gift for a child!

The last time I went was around Christmas. The store was packed and the staff had no time to help me out. Also there were very long lines at the counters and they should have had many more people at the counter. Understaffed atleast during Christmas. Good facilities for changing infants though. Note that this experience was only at this particular store. I have had good experience at other Toy...

people here are very nice. the service was very helpful and friendly. the toys here are a bit higher in price than most toy stores so i'm not thrilled about that. the place looks nice and descent. the toys were not scattered around or anything so that's a good thing. overall, it was good. no big complaints here.
