called store several times on Saturday They answered. Had items from Black Fridays add. Called today good cus service had item will pick up in am. Also C. Cruz was very helpfull. Will go to this store more often

when i called they answered, and put on hold a toy for me that was sold out at every store in the city. They saved Christmas for me, and i am soooooo happy!!!

What in the world has happened to customer service? I called to see if they had something in stock and the phone just rang and rang. What the F! What kind of business is this? They should call it Jeroffs R US....

Put on hold for 20 minutes but I wouldn't give up. They found the train table I was looking for and told me they would hold me under my name. When my husband drove 40 minutes to pick it up they told him "they don't put things on hold". After insisting they put an ounce of effort into looking around...they found it. LAZY, LAZY LAZY...I am sure there are plenty of people who are out of work...
