I will never go to this place again.

I went there for a oil change. I get a mailer in the mail for a 59.99 deal for a Minor Oil Change and a complimentary car wash.

After my oil change is done, i go out to my car and my front tire is flat. So i tell the guy these aren't my tires and my rim is missing. He said oh, your rim was broken, we put it in your trunk.
WTF!

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I will never take my car back to Toyota Central. I took my 2007 white Toyota corolla to get a 15,000 mile service maintenance and they scrathed my bumper,left a red cloth inside the hood, and did not wash my car as promised/advertised. Not to mention that I had an appointment and I still had to wait for 2 hours. As soon as I got home from Toyota Central I noticed dirt tire... more

I can't speak to the car buying exeperience, but I have taken my car in to Toyota Central for service under warranty. The quality of the work they provide is excellent, but they're sloooow, and also very expensive. Even an oil change will run you $70 and take 3+ hours!
