We spent 2 nights at the hotel. It was totally updated with the business traveler in mind. Everything was very clean and well-organized. I was heading from Texas to Iowa, and stopped for the night in Joplin, MO. I had never stayed at a TownePlace. It was nice, and staff were friendly and helpful-especially Bobby who worked evening shift.
If passing through again will definitely stay again.

Was disappointed that there was no covered entrance. Had to unload luggage in the rain. Bed was not the comfiest.
