Double charged, never asked for ID, gave suite key

Before I'd even arrived some couple I'd not seen in years asks for my room number and said it was ok to give them keys to the room they didn't even call me to ask if this was true, the allowed the couple to pay for another suite for the next night for themselves on my debit card, they double charged and held funds on my card for over a wee

I liked the hotel. There's a fire pit out back. It's walking distance to the fun places on the Lawrence main street (Massachusetts).

I booked the hotel on Expedia, paid for it with reward points and a credit card and thought it was a good deal. Except when I checked in, they charged me for the room all over again. I think it was a training issue, but I have not yet been reimbursed. I expect...

My 2nd stay and it won't be my last. Right in the middle of downtown Lawrence and a perfect place to stay for concerts/shows.

This was a great place to stop after a long day on the road. The front desk guy gave us an incredible recommendation for a quick pizza! We felt at home.
