I moved in back at the end of January 2016 and the problems started immediately! When I moved in, I found walls with cracks in them, chunks of human hair in stuck in the paint on the walls, concrete falls in chunks from the bathroom wall, the shower backs up while you're in it (making it impossible to take a shower for more than 5 mins), there's a think green sludge taking up more than 40% of...

Real nice place to live, staff very friendly and maintenance staff does a great job. Rent is the best in town and utilities are included. Location is fantastic, Cherry Hill Mall, great places to eat and close to all major highways. Try it, you won't be sorry

The staff treated me nice and they still the same way when I moved in with my husband.
So I would like to stay here for a long while. The maintains when there's a problems the come quickly. There's a pool and a courtyard too. and there's dining in restaurants and shopping center near by. and the hospital, my doctors too. I love this place.
