They charge you for every repair order, and try to steal money from you in every way possible. The landlord is impossible to reach - by phone or in person - and the attitude on display is absolutely atrocious. Like raina b. As you can see from their website, this property management company is geared specifically for the property owners. They pass along every, and I mean 'every', charge, tax, fee that they possibly can. They even write into the lease that the tenant is financially responsible for what any other landlord would call basic maintenance. They charge you for the paint on the bloody walls! On top of all that, their customer service and response time is horrible. It takes days or even weeks to get simple repairs made.
