Use another company. Although they offer a portable machine when you travel. If that machine fails you are out the money to get a replacement machine. I truely hope it does not break down on you in the middle of the night as it did to us. The company will tell you they will reimburse you for the expenses, but will never send you a check.
Poor Service, no service.
These people are not responsive. They were suppose to pick up a monitor in time for my doctor to review the readings. After 4 days of no calls. I had to call them. I told them I was not happy. They said they would do better. Didn't happen This company touts a 24/7 service yet I have tried to reach them.
