I did not use them for work, but my issue is with the lack of safety in which they drive and how they deal with complaints.
I really wish this company had better behaved employees and customer service. Today their driver thought it would be fun to speed down our dirt road and try to get some air on the bumps. He was so distracted and irresponsible they didn't even notice that they nearly hit children and cars in the driveway. Please do not use Tops & Trim LLC in Berlin. When I contacted them about the incident the owner told me to get a life... and hung up on me. I'm glad this time they at least didn't take a life. Why would anyone want to spend their money with such a rude and irresponsible company?

Great! They installed a custom interior and convertible top in my 1935 Auburn Deco Ride. At the first show I took the car to I won best of Show with over 150 cars entered. They listened to what I wanted and out did themselves! Thanks again, I'll be back....
I went to Tops & Trim a year ago to get seats re-upholstered, new dash installed and headliner installed. They were 1 for 3. The headliner is about the only work they did I can say was good. The seats have no padding in them. The dash I ended up taking out completely and re-installing the dash by myself. Half of the clips were not in, the other half were turned the wrong way.
