Tops is a great place - whether it??????s for breakfast, dinner, or at 3 AM for a late night snack. The food is great and the portions are huge. The service is great and the food always comes fast. Tops is more of a restaurant.The food is served in large portions. The food is restaurant quality food. You will not be disappointed. Everything there is delicious and freshly prepared.

The food is great and the portions are also GREAT. The jumbo shrimp is gigantic... LOVE THIS PLACE.....Waiter was very kind and the food didn't take forever to come....UPSCALE DINER....GREAT PARKING...OVERALL A PLUS :)
