Now I have brought in my 2004 Suburban. This is my 6th or 7th vehicle that I have brought to Top Tech since he 1990's. I had a problem with the A.B.S. light coming on. I had someone I work with tell me ""I know the problem, I can fix I for you"". Well, I work with the guy. I said ok. $500.00 later it STILL did the same thing. I had Edward look at it (like I wanted to do in he first place), and he had it fixed THE FIRST TIME! Edward and everyone at Top Tech know what they're doing! I can not stress this enough...take your vehicle here. They tell it to you straight and they are honest....
I have been bringing my vehicles here since the early 90's. I won't go anywhere else. Edward, rick, jimmy and the rest of the crew are very knowlegable. They tell me straight up what i need and how much. They don't mind you buying your own parts for them to install. I am very satisfied with the work they do and feel good when i leave. They are honest and dependable. I tell everyone possible that top tech is the place to come to for their auto repairs.
Top Tech is a place I can trust that won't rip me off for auto repairs in Houston on my Xterra. I actually go to the dealership for the oil change and multi-point inspection... then I take their quote list and then bring my car to Top Tech and request their evaluation - they provide top notch service and their cost of labor is much cheaper than the stealership's.
I completely trust them with my vehicle. Case in point - I brought my Xterra to them for maintenance... Baker Jackson Nissan did their inspection and gave me a report totaling nearly $1100 in parts and labor for brake flush...
The honest and talented mechanics have always done a top notch job on our cars. Top Tech has also been straightforward with what repairs are needed immediately and which can be delayed or are unnecessary. They seem to care about saving you money! The mechanics are skilled at diagnosing problems. They seem to have a lot of experience with my type of car. The owner goes out of his way to help the customers (even when he is very busy).
