Bad from A - Z

Trying to make an appointment was challenging, the girl that answered acted like I was bothering her, their computers were down and she asked me to call back - not once but twice before she told me to call another location to book an appointment. The atmosphere in the office is hard to explain, the girls behind the desk seemed annoyed to stop their chatting and check people in. After waiting 30 minutes I inquired how much longer it would be - the girl at the front told me she didn't know. I asked her (I was nice!!!) how many people were ahead of me and she said 3. Alright, how long does it take per person? - She replies I don't know. Then I ask ABOUT how long per person, can you give me an estimate? - She tells me 30 minutes per person. I ask her if that means that I will be waiting another hour to and hour and 1/2 and she replies Yeah....I left, the atmosphere is hard to explain but it felt unprofessional and like a cattle call. There was no "care" being given, no professionalism, nothing.

I don't mind waiting a bit, if someone's schedule is 1 1/2 to 2 hours behind let people know so we can choose to wait or reschedule. I walked out.

The next day I went to the Dermatology and Laser Center on Town Center Dr. and it was like night and day.
