We recently had Top Notch inspect a home we are trying to buy and it was great. Our inspector was VERY through!!! He took his time and looked at every nook and cranny of the house. While he was doing our inspection, he spoke to us and explained things very clearly and went through it in more depth if we had any questions. Edward was nice & professional, he will explain each issues very details when inspection. We spend 3 & 1/2 hrs to go through the whole house, his final report is detailed with pictures. Higher recommend!!

Ed did a great job of explaining everything he was including in the inspection report. The report included pictures which was helpful for my client who could not be there for the inspection and he turned it around very quickly.
