Top Hatters is a custom and speciality hat shop. This shop looks very unique from the outside with a gate a well-kept garden. The shop makes hats out of feathers, different types of fabric (such as tulle) and unique accessories. The staff can do custom work. You can only get to the shop by driving east on the street; it is tucked away.
