Top hat was great at working with my schedule to make sure I could be home for both my chimmney and vent cleaning. I appreciated the check in to make sure it went well and the update from the office when it was needed. The service man was very kind to me and my children. Even waited for the kids to finish lunch before he cleaned the kitchen vents.

Top Hat inspected my two fireplaces and chimneys. They are incredibly professional and do a super through job, to ensure safety for my family. I give them 5 stars!

We just had our dryer vent cleaned by Top Hat. I should be embarrassed at all of the packed lint, but I am so relieved that we haven't had a fire, that I am sharing the pictures to everyone. Royal did a great job, and he restructured the entire vent system, so that it is less likely to fill up again. Plus, he had on the Hat when he came to the front door.
