I just came back from Top Dollar, and was very disappointing! A few months ago I went to a competitor, and received three times the dollar amount for far less items...Top Dollar... maybe you should change your name to

"One-Third the Price"!

I went there to recycle some copper, aluminum, and steel, about 750 pounds worth.The girl in the office who apparently makes all the decisions and runs the place, told me i had to have a letter from the place i got this stuff from. Well that was after two of us had spent 20 minutes loading everything in their bins to be weighed. I told her that was not going to happen, I have been recycling...
