I would absolutely recommend Top Choice as a contractor. They completed the project in the promised time. The various workers were neat, on time, and efficient. We had workers at the house even on Saturdays so that the project would stay on track. The quality of the materials is good for the price. We've done several jobs with Top Choice Homes. We've done remodeling, and home construction. Both types of projects turned out fantastic. From the design phase to the finishing touches, Top Choice was detail oriented and honest in all of their dealings. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Joe

this is the 1st time that i have bought a home--top choice did a great job on builiding the house. it was done in a timley manner--i did have a problem with the one bathtub being stainded--top choice actually sent someone to my house to "housesit" and wait for repair man to show up and fix the tub. the cost of the house and land together were well within my price range (i'm a teacher so money...
