Visited again recently and the restaurant apparently has changed owners. Food quality has gone down significantly, will not return.

I've been here multiple times, but our last visit was exceptional. We were looking for a late dinner, and TooJay's was listed as being open until 10pm. We walked in about 8:50pm and were seated pretty quickly. We weren't in a rush and had been perusing the menu, ordered an app, and were looking for an entree.
