I ordered my food at 11:15am today. The estimated wait time was 45-55 mins, which was estimated to arrive between 12:20 and 12:30. I called the restaurant at 12:50 when my food had yet to arrive. The woman who answered called the delivery man and said that he was on his way. I called again at 1:10 when my food had still not arrived, the same woman answered, apologized, however did not advise...
