They keep credit card # and uses 7 to 8 weeks later when unit was payed in full and Jim tompkins like to threaten women that call about things like this but won't answer men when they call. People should read there reviews before ever using them.

Check other sites for other opinions. Other than 1 Shill for the company, it's nearly unanimous that people hate this company. The attitude of ownership clearly works it's way through out the company. None of them could care less about anything other than money. The are careless, arrogant, and nasty people. I have first hand experience and can tell you it isn't worth the garbage can or price they give you....

I recently switched over to Tompkins. So far I love the service and it is cheaper than my previous carter. They provide a large garbage can and are very neat.
