Me and a co-worker went last Friday and I tried this restaurant for the first time. I thought it was delicious! Even though it's expensive the dishes are wonderful and the chef gets big props! I thought the ambience of the restaurant and the decor DID feel like being in the Islands. The service was great and the food made me definetly want to go back again!
I recommend it!
We had lunch at TB's last week before heading to the airport. We were immediately seated in a wonderful booth overlooking the "very hot" outdoor patio - it was perfect! My wife and I visited Tommy Bahama's a couple of weeks ago, but didn't get to enjoy the food as another guess had arrived at our table just before we were seated. It was a nice big juicy insect (this review service will not let me spell out the word C O C K R O A C H for some reason).
