They showed up on time and where dressed very profesional. Much nicer than any other carpet cleaners I have had before. They did a good job cleaning and their price was right in line with the other cleaners I have used before. there where two spots that did not come out, but when I called the office they scheduled another appointment to come out and fix the problem free of charge. I heard this was a very good company. I soon found that to be not true at all. I am truely disappointed with the service I received. They distroyed my home. The main office never followed through and really seemed to not care that the customer was not happy. Even after the job was completed I found more damage to my rooms. Really think twice about using them.
