I chose to get a loan from Toledo since they were recommended from my mom. While the loan was easy to obtain, the customer service has been less than trust worthy. I made an after - hours night deposit of $100 in cash (I know which is my fault, but its how I made my payments for the last 4 months) on a Sunday morning. I slid it under the door & made sure it got within reach of the carpeted area. On Monday I got a call inquiring about my payment. I told them that I had left a payment Sunday morning. At which time they told me that they had not received any cash that morning & the office...
