Wrong Order, Overcharged, Rude Waitress

I liked the food, the teppan chefs were nice, but the waitress was terrible. My order was wrong, I was overcharged, and they didn't care. I would not recommend this restaurant. The wait staff is either poorly trained or terribly managed.

Tokyo Wako has incredibly rude servers and staff that does not seem to understand the definition of customer service. Our server didn't get our order correct, gave us an incorrect bill, and brought our food out late-some of us were served much later than others at the table. DON'T EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT HORRIBLE SERVICE, COLD FOOD, ILL-PREPARED SUSHI -NOT TO MENTION FOOD THAT WAS LEFT BEHIND BY OTHER CUSTOMERS. I had been a loyal Tokyo Wako customer since it opened.
