Place is very dirty, food was EXTREMELY greasy and selection was just terrible. White rice in the rice cooker was plain cold. We just couldn't believe how terrible this place was.

Good was okay. Service needs work. Never came and checked. Ran out of water. I waited minutes to pay for my dinner, no tab, and two employees wouldn't even look while I waited at the register....

I work in the Midtown area and I have been eating lunch at Tokyo Garden almost every day for over a year.
The reason is simple: There is no other place in town where you can have a full meal for $15.00.
