Went in here and there was a cockroach crawling around. Kids were messing with it and the staff definitely saw it and did nothing about it - just kept going about their business like nothing was wrong. I even stood there taking pictures of the bug crawling around near the food and no one said or did anything. …

Insufferable customer service. Just waited 40 minutes in line for two take out sandwiches. Two employees handling Baskin Robbins and Togos at lunchtime? Not smart franchisee!
