RUDE, RUDE,RUDE!!! Poor bedside manner. Was nice before surgery, after surgery was terribly rude and unhelpful.

No one ever expects to need spinal surgery. I'm so thankful to Dr. Bonvallet and his staff for taking such great care of me. He put me at ease from the first moment we met. He was attentive, kind and informative on my condition. Thank you so much!

His exam was at best adequate, certainly not what I would expect from an initial visit. He ordered tests to be done, and it has now been nearly three weeks and I have not heard about any appointments for those tests ( a nurse called me a week ago and said they were working on it and she would call me back "in 10 minutes" but so far I have not heard a word).
