Hip-hop club playing old music to a fairly weak crowd. Also, many nights are 18 & up so expect a much younger, immature crowd. Sure, a fun enough time if you are in the mood for a frat party, but there are far better dance clubs in the city. At least a frat party is free!

Out of all the downtown club destinations, Toc Bar has managed to remain consistent. I can't think of another club that's been operating for almost 10 years and even upgraded to a larger venue, most FBN (Fly By Night) spots tend to have to change their name every year or so, if they manage to stay open that long! Me and my best friend went to this dump a few saturday's ago. We only went becuase a local hip hop station was there and they were advertising how great this place was on the radio. So we go, and pay $10 each to get in. I'm over 21 I shouldn't have to pay more than $5 to get into a club!
