TLC came quickly when called, sent a well qualified and articulate, knowledgable technician who helped us sort through the plumbing issues that we confronted, offered excellent, balanced advice and guidance, and was polite and helpful at every turn. I recommend them unreservedly.

There was an issue with the performance of the hot water heater. The burner operation was inspected and I was given a full explanation of the workings of the control value and the hot water heater itself. I felt very comfortable with what I needed to do going forward
