TIVO refuses to refund me my money on the box i purchased even after 4 cablecards, 2 replacement boxes, hours of calls and 3 visits by Verizon. First, the product is slow and draggy even with high speed ethernet directly connected which is about the processor being crap.Second to wirelessly connect you have to spend another 90 bucks  on your own special hub.   Finally I find it doesn't work with DirectTV when they come to hook up.
