Awesome customer service. Doug gave us all our options and Michelle went the distance and beyond to help us. Eventhough we decided to not repair the car, Michelle found us the best deal to salvage it eventhough we didn't ask!!!! Now that is customer service. If I ever need work done on another car, I wouldn't even consider another service station.

I have a 2003 Ford Taurus with 115k miles. The transmission fluid had an orange tint color. I first went to Amco in Manchester and had them to inspect it. They told me that something wrong was going on in the transmission and this was causing the transmission to become discolored. They recommended a new transmission. A friend recommended that I take my car to Tisdell's. Tisdell told me that the transmission fluid was dirty. They changed the transmission fluid and filter. They informed me that my car's transmission was operating properly and in good condtion. I did not need a new...
