Worst customer service. Least bit helpful and rude staff (Audrey). No way to post a response, complain or send an email to the office about an unexpected an unfair experience.

I have been seeing Dr. Setty for a good number of years now. I first met her when she began practicing in my office building and I celebrated her moving into her own space. She's been very patient and loving as a dental practitioner. The same way women worry over their hair is how Dr. Setty worries over the care and health of my teeth. She treats all of her patients with professionalism and respect. I really appreciate that she doesn't try to push me to get basic orthodontic work done if it's not a true emergency. I have been a client of Dr. Setty's for 6 or more years. I have never waited long nor been treated poorly for being 10 minutes late. I have never been complient with frequent visits before being cared for by Dr. Setty.

I had a dental phobia from improper anesthesia as a child, which Dr. Setty has alleviated with her care. She and her staff are very concerned with quality care while attending to patients need for comfort. I moved to Southern California over 5 years ago and I still go to Dr. Setty for my dentistry. I do so because I have never felt so at ease with going to the dentist before. She is very gentle on the gums, honest and professional. A bonus are the great views of the city from the dentist chair (before and after the cleaning of course). It's very hard to find a great dentist that is first and foremost about providing the best care possible. I feel lucky to have found a dentist that I hope to go to for the rest of my life!
