Walked in with an appointment. Was not greeted by customer service rep. Stood there maybe 6 minutes then was told someone will be with you shortly. No hello, no welcome to Tire Kingdom nothing....

Time is money
Staff was nice but wait was longer than 2 hour. So be ready to wait!
Call and see which is the best time.

The staff is great and they will let you know if they have any discounts you can use for their service. I didn't have to wait long and they only recommended things that the car actually need it.
